Will do, sir! Consider it payment for six months worth of Brainscans
  2. I would love to see a film with Cubans invading America...but then I think it would be cheaper to buy a tourism video from the Miami Tourism Board!
  3. Sounds pretty badass to me! Long as they nix Joker and Luthor...
  4. NO! They are the same films, transfer and all. You don't get the fourth disc AND the only other special features on the new releases are interviews with stars of the Crystal Skull telling you why they like the movie you're watching. "Hey, I hated Temple of Doom until I heard Shia LeBoeuf say it was cool." Don't piss away your money.
  5. 93% on Rotten Tomatoes!

Well thank you, sir. It was all a mystery to me... Snot fan are ya?
  7. I still have yet to listen but thank you for that. Reznor's guitar sounds are often over-looked due to his lack of technicality. I love his guitar tones.

Thanks for another great review Dubs! Funny but good and to the point. 2 Questions: -Is that Oingo Boingo as the Brainscan theme? -Do you have a budgie in the background? That is all
  9. Trent Reznor is either the coolest musician on earth or very, very crazy. I'm downloading it now but it is free, DRM free and comes in various formats. Get it or wait for a review on the next Dread Media.
  10. http://www.superherohype.com/news/topnews.php?id=7095 So is he going to sound gay like Stewie, or gay like the alien in American Dad? This bit of news has almost killed all my excitement for this movie. why the fuck did they have to let that douche bag voice a character? He is a talented voice actor capable of doing an over-the-top German accent. This is going to be an over-the-top movie. I see absolutely nothing out of place for this.
  11. While I tend to think of Chris Columbus as a shit sculptor, I still get giddy thinking of Adventures in Babysitting and Doubtfire as his best. It's difficult to do a good comedy directed with someone playing two roles and that was pulled off well.
  12. -Amanda Sefton? Meggan? Boom Boom? -Moonstar methinks. Look at the braid -Exodus?
  13. Thank you, there will be more. Sometime soon. Thanks Dan. I was happier with this than all of my other King and I's. Funnily enough, Mike not only did a GREAT banner, he re-titled the work. Funnily enough it was the only title I was unhappy with and when Mike sent the title on the banner my way, my mind was blown. Kudos, sir! Thanks guys, nice to leave for work with a caffeine withdrawal headache, and get to work with two bits of praise.

    Cheers, Keith!
  16. Yeah...I heard he shot demons once too. Doesn't mean I have to like it.
  17. Death speaks to him? Right...schizophrenic he is not. Maybe Ennis has less of a grasp on Castle than I thought.
  18. really? All the actions of the character would say otherwise. Psychopathy is a medical psychological condition marked by very precise factors. Dr. Robert Hare, who essentially defined the term psychologically says they are: intraspecies predators who use charm, manipulation, intimidation, sex and violence to control others and to satisfy their own selfish needs. Lacking in conscience and in feelings for others, they take what they want and do as they please, violating social norms and expectations without guilt or remorse" "What is missing, in other words, are the very qualities that allow a human being to live in social harmony." (Hare, Robert D. Without Conscience: The Disturbing World of Psychopaths Among Us) Great book if you can get past the jargon. Essentially, there is a clear break in emotional and volitional health which is clearly not the Punisher. There is no problem with him emotionally on a human level. Sure he's disturbed but psychopathy is hereditary and clearly wouldn't make you seem odd eating Fruit Loops with Charlie Manson on your front porch. I would say Castle suffers from Post Traumatic Personality Disorganisation. Which is a bit like Borderline Personailty Disorder mixed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. But clearly he comes down on the side of sociopathy and not psychopathy. Psychopaths are essentially sufferers of Antisocial Personality Disorder which is marked by the inability to live in society. Castle blends right in making him a sociopathic BPD sufferer in my eyes. I almost became a psychologist. That is, until I started making good choices.
  19. Yeah but to me it exists outside of that universe. I don't like it as an incontinuity Punisher book with that whole subconscious talking to him shit. It makes him look like a psychopath and he isn't. It's a good story but it's not the Marvel MAX Punisher Ennis is writing.
  20. Alright, some of the good ones...to be fair I never thought of First to Last because I never knew it existed and Born, I don't consider Punisher MAX. I was talking the regular series. It's pretty hardcore too. First storyline, yes. Mother Russia? Snoozefest to me. I HATE Ennis' Fury.
  21. Buy The Slavers. That's the only Punisher MAX book you'll ever need to read (other than The End)
  22. Yup, that's the one. Yeah...no pull quote from me on the cover of that trade paperback! All well done folks! I now have to pick up Captain Britain (all right, I was going to anyway but I'm glad someone doesn't think it sucks). Dan should now prepare for the deluge of Claremont/Chaykin works coming his way. Muhahahahahaha!!! Maybe you can get more of the X-Books instead of me having to read those wastes of time...
  23. That's why I liked Sgt Rock better than GI Joe. People die when they stand on the opposite end of a field and constantly shoot guns at each other. Every time a plane explodes there is a miniscule chance someone will actually be able to eject safely. And the likelihood of jumping off of an exploding jeep is low.
