Dan
The new Arrow/Flash spinoff, officially titled Legends of Tomorrow, has been ordered to series by the CW.

dc20willsave
I knew it had to be some kind of Time Travel Justice League show. Freaking awesome!
Donomark
They've yet to cast Robbie Amell tho, so I'm arching my eyebrow. About that specifically, not about the show itself. Sounds cool
Koete
I'm cool with that, he's not a good actor.
Dread
I'm cool with that, he's not a good actor. Hahahahaha!
Dan
That is kind of odd. With time travel being a major factor, and Caity Lotz is back, I'm wondering if alternate realities are going to be a thing, and this is a Stein who never bonded with Ronnie? Who knows. JasonC
Did no one else notice that Wentworth Miller is one of the cast? Captain Freaking Cold! I am so very much watching this show! And how is it that the DC TV output seems to regularly make me act like a twelve year old?
Davedevil
I wonder what this means for The Flash though, with the two main Rogues being on another show.
dc20willsave
It's a time travel show so they can easily show up again. I mean, being on other shows hasn't stopped the other crossovers we've gotten. Besides, since it's going to be a mid-season replacement, that's only 13 episodes so plenty of time to also film a couple of episodes for the other shows. KnightWing
I kinda wonder if this show might have a bit of a rotating cast anyway.
Davedevil
Promo picture. Arthur Darvill looking like a Doctor here. And there's also a featurette. And a First Look.

Koete
I was already sold by Captain Cold being in it, but that trailer has me pumped for the whole thing. DC TV has me good.
KnightWing
For me, at the moment, DC TV > MCU > DC Movies.
JasonC
For me, at the moment, DC TV > MCU > DC Movies. Seconded. And once again, I was jumping up and down, squealing like a little girl.
Dan
According to Victor Garber, the CW has ordered 15 episodes, with an option for the back eight. It won't be a limited series.

KnightWing
It was also said recently that all of the footage shot for the trailer was literally just concept footage made for the trailer, and that it isn't from the show itself.
dc20willsave
Here's my problem with what Garber is saying. The show is going to be a mid-season replacement. It'll probably start in January or February. May is just enough time to fit 15 episodes. If you threw a back half, that's all summer as well so if the show comes back for the fall, they have maybe a week between season finale and premiere. Not to mention the crew would get no downtime. He might just be confused on when it premieres.
