Molly
Hey James. Nice game today, huh? That was for the "Suck it, Preston" on the Earth-2 Five Year Anniversary Show.
James D.
I've been feeling pretty numb now for the last two hours. If I hadn't watched the Robot Chicken Star Wars 2 and 3 specials immediately after for some laughs, I'd probably be even more depressed right now. Molly
Honestly, had the Falcons been on, it would have been a totally different game. Green Bay really lucked out. At their best, Atlanta would have made it ugly.
James D.
I blame it mostly on the Falcons defensive coordinator. He completely abandoned the blitz after that awesome first defensive series for literally no reason. And he never even tried to go back to it again. Thus, Aaron Rodgers had a field day. Venneh
So. How bout that game, James? First Bowl the Packers have been in since I was a kid. This calls for a resurgence of Cheeseheads. And also the Packerena.
Garfield
I'm happy for the Packers. Now it's time for those loudmouths on the Jets to beat the Steelers.
Venneh
http://www.packarena.com/ I knew it existed out there somewhere.
Molly
If I see anyone do the Packerena, I'm punching ten infants.
Garfield
If I see anyone do the Packerena, I'm punching ten infants. If I see anyone wave a Terrible Towel, I'm punching twenty.
dc20willsave
I'm so optimistic after the Browns beat the Packers this last weekend. Hey, maybe this season will be awesome. Maybe we'll make the play offs.
Missy
This is the dumbest rule I've heard in a long time, and I'm glad the Bears are breaking it.
James D.
It'll be a one-and-done rule, I guarantee you. They'll get rid of it after they get about a gajillion complaints about it.
MaxPower
Anyone listen to or recommend an NFL podcast? I'm looking for something that is a weekly wrap up style of thing.
JackFetch
NFL Rants and Raves is the best one I know of. I haven't listened in awhile, but they used to do a weekly wrap up, and a preview of the coming week. http://www.nflrandr.com
Professor
I listen to the ESPN Football Today podcast. Monday recaps the Sunday games, Tuesday ranks the teams and Friday previews the weekend. Wednesday & Thursday are not worth the time. The Football Fantasy Focus podcast is pretty entertaining too. They do recap the games on Monday, but with a fantasy slant naturally.

Professor
That was an awesome game. Alex Smith really stepped up in the 4th Quarter leading two TD drives after not doing anything all day. EXCITEMENT!!
MaxPower
Pity the next game was such a whitewash. But yeah, the last 3 minutes of your game was intense, everyone sans Saints fans should have enjoyed that.
Venneh
*sigh*. Goddamnit, Pack, how hard is it to catch a damn ball? Good game to the Giants, and good luck.
JackFetch
You just know someone is going to put a video on Youtube of every dropped ball with Yakety Sax playing.
Venneh
Yeah, I don't know what the hell happened tonight ,but they were fuckin' terrible.

MaxPower
My flat mate is a MASSIVE Bills fan, it's funny to see his two most despised teams have made the superbowl. Can't wait to see him when I get home tonight. I'll be rooting for the Patriots, mainly because I hate Eli that much.
Kscriv
Ditto, though I would find it hilarious to see Eli with more rings than Peyton.
Chops
I got to say, I could care less about this game. I don't care about either team in the Superbowl this year. Personally looking forward to Man U and Chelsea on Sunday more than the Superbowl.
