Dread
This is top secret. Very few of you on these boards may know what this is in reference to and they will be taken out back and shot if they reveal it. But I wanted to know if there are both male and female board members who are able to pull of the following convincing accents (stereotypes are ok) and if they would be willing to record themselves for use in a possible audio project: -Russian males and females -Chinese males and females -Jive-talking black males and females -Hippy males and females That is all. Nicolette Opal
If by "hippy" you mean "hippie" and not big-hipped (though that may be applicable, too), I might be able to give it a shot.
Missy
Awwww! Your first post! Anyway... you know I'm willing to help, Des.

Venneh
I'm just figuring out recording things on my Mac, but I can give at least half of the female roles a shot.

Yes, I meant "hippie." I'm honored your first post is pointing out a rare semantic error on behalf of the Grammar Nazi. I think I'm going to like having you around. Thanks to everyone. I'm just testing the waters on amounts of characters to include and stuff. Months before I ask anythign of you.
George W.
Welcome, Nicolette. Welcome to the jungle of geek. On topic, Des, I can help with the Russian and Hippie male accents, should you require it.
Dread
Bitchin' Anyone who has a great accent otherwise (whatever country) may indeed have a character made for them.
Molly
My accent from any of the English Isles is out of this world.
Dread
My accent from any of the English Isles is out of this world. Ha! Nice. I already have an Irish dockworker and an Englishman. You're going to be kept on retainer, sir.
Aaron Robinson
If for some strange reason you need an aussie accent, I’d be glad to help. I also like to think I can do a decent German accent, but I have a tendency to exaggerate it for comical effect.
Venneh
I'll get back to you when I find any specific accent I excel at.
JackFetch
If you need Kermit the Frog, Bobby from Bobby's World, or Elmo, give me a call. I do cartoon voices, but not accents. First one that calls me Uncle Joey gets a punch to the nethers.
Erin B.
I've got a number of accents up my sleeve from my acting days. I can do English (Upper class, middle class, working class, and cockney), Irish, Scottish, French, German, Russian, Australian, New York, Hippie, Yiddish, Italian, Midwest, Swedish, and Southern accents. Take your pick Des.

SuaveStar
I use to act, and do a very strange Scottish accent..... I can also do creepy irish womans voice and anything which is down right weird voice wise.
slothian
My accent from any of the English Isles is out of this world. ...British Isles. They're the British Isles. That said, I will challenge you to an accent-off if there's an English part up for grabs. For my audio portfolio, ep 258 of E2: The Show sees me showcase "American", "Irish" and "English" accents as well as extensive duologue work with James! Dan
I can do, um... Boston? I used to act, too. I should have kept up the dialect work. I actually used to be able to pull off a decent Russian accent, but I haven't kept it up.
