RSS
In "The Warriors of Kyoshi" we see the debut of Suki, and get to see just how badass the titular warriors can be. In "The King of Omashu" we are introduced to Bumi and laugh the entire way. Finally, in "Imprisoned" we meet nobody of real importance to the overall story, but George Takei makes a funny guest appearance. Can't win 'em all I guess. KnightWing
I'm very lukewarm on The King of Omashu. It's a very well-directed but overall mid-level episode. I mean, seriously, the way Aang figured out Bumi's identity had the reasoning of a five-year-old. "They were all UNEXPECTED! Only ONE PERSON in the ENTIRE EARTH KINGDOM could POSSIBLY be behind this!!" I'da given it a 6.

Second, Old Bumi and Kid Bumi do share very recognizable facial features. Add that to the unpredictable side pointing to Bumi for him. May have been unsaid, but I always got the vibe that everything kind of came together for him when he figured it out.
James D.
I much prefer Bumi's next appearance, as it paves the way for Toph's entrance into the series. "The Warriors of Kyoshi" is fucking fantastic, though.
