  1. To honest, it was time for some new blood in charge. But It doesn't matter to me one way or the other who comes in. It's Doctor Who. I will watch it no matter what.
  2. Supergirl is missing from that list. Also Netflix is making Altered Carbon as a 10 episode series. I LOVE this book!
  3. I'm in. This looks great. And as a friend of mine said, this is the best use of a Queen song since Highlander.
  4. I didn't even know it had been airing. And I was waiting for it.
  5. Well, if he asks Mark Gatiss and he says yes, that would be different.
  6. Rise of the Planet of the Apes & Dawn of the Planet of the Apes: These are good movies, carried ably by Andy Serkis' performance as Caesar. If anyone else had been in that role, I don't if they would be half as good as they are.
  7. Don't they have to make another one in a few years to keep the rights?
  8. Bridge of Spies: Decent movie, well worth a watch. Mostly for Hanks' performance and his belief that everyone deserves access to the law, even Russian spies in the midst of the Cold War.
  9. You never know, He might possess a body for a while that looks like Mads before revealing his true form.
  10. I have said this before - quite possibly on this thread - but if he doesn't say "By the hoary hosts of Hoggoth!" or "By The Flames of Faltine!" I will consider this movie a failure.
  11. Having watched the special, I can now say that Moffat achieved something I thought impossible. He made me like River Song.
  12. With all the Deadpool fanboys out there, I'm sure it will be. How else would you explain the new Gwenpool comic?
  13. It's Deadpool, of course the humour is going to be irritating. I normally don't like the character at all, but with the perfect casting of Ryan Reynolds, I think I will be seeing this movie.
  14. Pretty Deadly Trade Paperback Vol 1: I've read it twice now and I still have idea what the hell was going on. Interesting though. Might pick up the second volume. Lucifer #1: I loved the first series, what had a pretty definitive end point to it, with Lucifer giving up nearly all his power and going off to explore oblivion, pausing only to give his father the finger one last time for luck. Now we're back and so is he. It's definitely a continuation on from that because he has the scar Mazikeen gave him and no power. God appears to be dead and Lucifer is pissed because he wanted to do it. So now he wants to find out who got there before him. The only question would be; which god? The original, who gave up his position to a girl called Elaine (god 2.0), or Elaine herself? Judging by everyone's attitude, it seems to be the original. But why would that matter of he handed over responsibility and left reality with someone else in charge? Going to give this a couple of issues to see if they answer these questions. TDKIII: Ugh. All it did was remind me why I hated the second miniseries. And how much I loved the first. The Mighty Thor #2: AKA The All-Loki-All-The-Time issue. I think they're drawing him like Hiddleston. I plan to stick around because I want to see if everyone finds out Jane is Thor and that being Thor is killing her. Especially Odin.
  15. No Idea if this is accurate, but apparently...
  16. Scrolling down my Facebook feed today, I can't help but notice that the hate has begun to flow.
  17. Damn right it was. Sitting there was like being back in 1977.
  18. They're bringing Vixen live? Yay!
  19. Seen it. Loved it. It was like sitting in the theatre in 1977 all over again, watching the titles scroll up the screen. It's nice to be able to just sit there and gape in wonder. I missed it.
