  1. Resolution: Still a really good watch, tbh. I highly advise you watch it before The Endless, still. Films Watched: 30
  2. John Wick 3: Nowhere near as good as the first one, but still really good. The worldbuilding is what really sold this movie for me, tbh. Films Watched: 29
  3. Midsommar: That was a fucking ride and a goddamn half. Films Watched: 28
  4. In The Heat Of The Night: It's been fucking ages since I've watched anything, goddamn. Anyway, this is fucking great. Films Watched: 27
  5. I'd definitely love to cover Logan at some point, yeah.
  6. I haven't read it either, tbh. But either way: the film looks extremely good.
  7. As someone who's never read Dark Phoenix, I gotta ask: would it even be conducive to a film adaptation?
  8. I thought it was quite well established that Vince was an absolute nutcase?
  9. Hey Jack, I suggest you stop going down this road, you're not gonna look good at the end of it.
  10. I respect any filmmaker that can put chopped up television parts to his actors and still get reactions from them.
  11. Tetsuo: The Iron Man: I don't know if it's good, but it's certainly fascinating as a sort of 'fuck you, this is obtuse' film. Films Watched: 26
  12. Late to the party here, but I am SCREAMING about this trailer.
  13. Split: My take on M. Night: I feel like he works best when he has a relative microbudget, maybe four locations and maybe two Names in his movies, because then he can actually get creative. Because this movie? Rocks. The Visit? Rocks. Everything I've heard about Glass says it's dogshit, and, well, the rest of his career speaks for itself. Films Watched: 25
  14. War for the Planet of the Apes. That's honestly probably the best one of the trilogy and shows off Serkis' mo-cap abilities the best, really. That and you guys haven't done a Woody Harrelson movie yet, to the best of my knowledge.
  15. The Hills Have Eyes (Original): It's a perfectly fine slab of horror. Films Watched: 24
  16. Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile: The Ted Bundy Netflix movie. It's. Fine? Like, it's really weirdly paced and a bit all over the place? But it's fine if you want to waste an afternoon. Films Watched: 23
  17. Overlord: Damn good B-movie. People don't make movies like this anymore, really. Also, Nazis get shot, so that's a definite plus. Films Watched: 23
  18. Tetsuo: The Bullet Man: This. Wasn't very good, to be honest. Films Watched: 22
  19. Well, vinyl has made a comeback in recent years, so hey, Dan's people have re-found him.
  20. Ngl, I'm really glad, cause honestly? It's been too much lately.
  21. The Informant: Good god, it's been a while since I watched anything. Anyway, this is a pretty good comedy that was basically made to give every white cis comedic character actor in Hollywood a paycheck. Films Watched: 24
  22. What really gets me is the laugh, more than anything. I don't think anyone outside of Hamill and Ledger has really had a good laugh until now.
