Guest
Alright, in Mortal Kombat, who was Noob Saibot before he died and went to the Netherrealm?
James D.
Alright, in Mortal Kombat, who was Noob Saibot before he died and went to the Netherrealm? The original Sub-Zero (from MK1).

James D.
Speaking of which... Xenogears has an abundance of homages to all kinds of things--religion, politics, psychology, anime and more. The Seraphs that you fight at the end of the game are a direct homage to what anime? Guest
I'm going to guess either Neon Genesis Evangelion or Ghost in the Shell. My anime knowledge is sadly quite limited.
James D.
NGE was your first guess and you are correct. It's an homage to the Angels that NERV constantly fought.
Guest
Alright, name three gaming consoles that are region free (meaning they can play imported games without any modding or a cheat device).
Kscriv
PSP, DS and the GBA, or do they need to be home
Guest
PSP, DS and the GBA, or do they need to be home Home. Handhelds are way too easy. Sorry, I should have specified.
Kscriv
Jaguar, Saturn & Neo Geo. I don't really have a clue
Guest
Neo Geo and Jaguar are correct. The Saturn was easy to import for but still needed slight modding. Still need one more.
Darque Edge
Hmm, bumping this up to suggest the Sega Genesis, which was region free. I have the UK version (the MegaDrive), and it plays US/Japanese games.

I have the UK version (the MegaDrive), and it plays US/Japanese games. True, but it can't play Japanese games without a cartridge adapter (which counts as modding), despite the fact that it didn't have a region lock out. If everyone gives up, I'll post the other answers in a bit.
Kscriv
Phillips cd-i? If nobody gets it, can I have the next question since I got two?
Guest
CD-i is correct. 3DO and Turbo Duo were also correct answers.
Kscriv
Hooray for wild guesses Name one of the Legend of Zelda games for the CD-i (yes, drudge up the fact that Zelda isn't invincable)
Missy
The Wand of Gamelon
Guest
Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon and Link: Faces of Evil. What's even sadder is that I own both.
Kscriv
D.W. You spent money on a Phillips CD-i. oy. Anyhow I said one, so Yoda, you're up
Missy
I'm kind of busy; D.W. can have my question.
Guest
Will do. Keeping with the CD-i theme. During the 90's, there was the ill-fated FMV (full motion video) game trend. Now, most involved live action scenes with real 'actors', but a few others were animated. Name two animated FMV games besides Dragon's Lair. (No, Dragon's Lair 2 doesn't count.) Missy
Space Ace is one. Of that I'm sure. Someone else know of another?
drqshadow
Space Ace is one. Of that I'm sure. Someone else know of another? That's the only one I could think of, too.
Guest
Space Ace is one of them, definately. A hint. There are at least 3 other games that would be correct, one of which got a rather widespread release on half a dozen systems despite the fact that it was critically panned. Missy
Wasn't there a fully animated Lupin III game?
