Aaron Robinson
The first one sucked hard. I have no faith in this one being any better.
S-T
AJR is right. The first one was really bad, and the fact that it had so much potential made it worse. Watering it down to get a PG-13 was shameful.
JackFetch
ComingSoon.net is reporting that 20th Century Fox has updated the title for the Alien vs. Predator sequel, coming to theaters on Christmas Day. It's really simple, just add an "s"... ALIENS VS. PREDATOR Poor Predator! Directed by the Strause brothers, the sci-fi action-adventure stars Reiko Aylesworth, Steven Pasquale, John Ortiz, Shareeka Epps, Johnny Lewis, Sam Trammell and David Paetkau. That's just stupid. People are going to get confused and think they already saw it. People need to be told it's a sequel. People are dumb that way.

Most people won't see it because the first one was horrific.

Sion
This movie just looks plain awful. If the trailer sucked that bad I can't begin to imagine how terrible the movie will be.
JackFetch
Now it's called Aliens vs Predator: Requiem. Maybe they won't change it again since that's on the trailer There is a new trailer out, and they are billing it as a holiday movie. They even play Silent Night Holy Night in the trailer. http://media.movies.ign.com/media/746/746237/vids_1.html

Dread
My understanding is if this does well, the studio will allow the directors to go the "space marine" route they wanted to go in the first place.

S-T
It looks like this one will at least be R-Rated.
JackFetch
The newest trend in movies. Putting up the first 5 minutes online. I guess they think it's like crack, and you'll come back for more. http://uk.movies.yahoo.com/a/Aliens-Vs-Pre...ex-3687454.html I would like to think if I ever saw an alien space ship crash in front of me, I wouldn't bring my kid over to it and poke it with my gun. The Predator at the end looks like the hero of the movie, odd.
