Basically, a comic shop in california won a lawsuit because Marvel didn't make some of it's comics returnable (as in, it doesn't sell, the comic shops don't lose money), and shipped it later than they said they would. I'll point out here that it was Marvel that made these contracts in the first place, and Marvel that messed up. Basically, through not fulfilling it's contract, it pissed off its customers, who (naturally) blamed the places they wanted to buy it. The shops sued, and they won.
