annericelover
“Bat-Mite Presents: Batman’s Strangest Cases!” will debut in the U.S. on...April 1st. Ummm April 1st makes me question the accountability of this showing... Why did the episodes air in the UK first, was there a problem here or something? Missy
Sometimes they do that. If I recall, the final episodes of JLU aired in the UK long before they did in the States.
Koete
Episodes have premiered in Australia before the U.S. too.
Koete
It's the superhero smackdown that will have comic-book fans salivating: Superman vs. Batman. When Batman: The Brave and the Bold returns with new episodes this Friday (March 25, 6:30/5:30c on Cartoon Network), the Caped Crusader heads to Metropolis to help the Man of Steel take down Lex Luthor in a team-up of the so-called "world's finest" heroes. But when Superman gets mysteriously infected with red kryptonite he becomes a power-hungry egomaniac. It's up to Batman — with an assist from Krypto the Superdog! — to subdue Superman until the red-k wears off. This episode, "Battle of the Superheroes," marks Superman's first full-fledged appearance on the series. (He's previously made a cameo.) Other upcoming shows include the April Fools' Day appearance of Scooby-Doo; the arrival of the Captain Marvel family (April 8); and Batman turning into a vampire (April 22). Missy
Sorry if this has been posted, but here's the reason one of the episodes has been delayed. American censors feel the gesture Huntress makes during the Aquaman line needs to be edited.

Stavros
This is PHENOMENAL. I've got the King Superman issue, so that was a highlight for me.
You Know Who
The homage to The Dark Knight Returns in the Batman vs. Superman fight was EPIC. Was Jimmy with the spines coming out of his body thanks to Mxy a reference to All-Star Superman or just a random gag?
Molly
It's been done since the Silver Age.
Koete
Was Jimmy with the spines coming out of his body thanks to Mxy a reference to All-Star Superman or just a random gag? If you're referring to Jimmy's fight with Superman in All-Star, that was Morrison's nod to both Doomsday and Jimmy's tendency to transform during the Silver Age. As for Jimmy's transformations in this episode, spend a few hours clicking around this site.
Missy
From start to finish, this episode had me in stitches!
SuaveStar
From start to finish, this episode had me in stitches! All hail King Superman! A day, a day is how long it took for Superman to take down the entire city. That's pretty damn impressive. Also, the ending with Brainiac I'm guessing Mayor Swan was a nod to Curt Swan? dc20willsave
This was one of the best episodes of the series. My only regret is that they didn't find some way to sneak in a reference to Lex Luthor stealing cakes or something since that would have made what is essentially a tribute to Silver-Age Superdickery just over the top awesome. Stavros
They even could have had Superman do it, it totally would have worked.
