dc20willsave
Standard Bleeding Cool warning: Rumor has it DC will announce a new Bruce Timm Justice League series at ComicCon this year.
KnightWing
I was literally just today thinking, "man, I really hope Bruce Timm comes out with a new Justice League animated series."
JasonC
That's not the news that made me go 'oooooh' from that article. Paul Cornell and Alan Davis on one comic?! Even if it is a Wolverine title..
Koete
They've already done an arc, issues 1-4 of the latest Wolverine solo title.
Gareth
The article makes it sound like a continuation of JLU. But please let's make it in traditional animation, television CG looks hideous.
KnightWing
If it's like the Green Lantern or Clone Wars CG series then I'm good with that.
JasonC
They've already done an arc, issues 1-4 of the latest Wolverine solo title. I will have to find it.
Gareth
If it's like the Green Lantern or Clone Wars CG series then I'm good with that. Clone Wars CG I can deal with, Green Lantern I find unbearable. Also, based on that short clip of Batman fighting, Beware the Batman may have the worst CG yet. KnightWing
Oh, see, I loved GL's animation.
Gareth
New Batman Beyond shorts are going to start airing on CN in 2014. Original series veterans Bruce Timm and Darwyn Cooke are going to be working on them. Here's hoping they will follow in Teen Titans footsteps and result in a full-length revival. slothian
If Conroy/Freidle are back for this then DAMN!
KnightWing
Thus far it's just confirmed to be one short, and "confirmed" is shaky, given that it's only come from one source. Those guys are pretty reliable, so I don't doubt it, but it's still not officially announced. This is the actual quote:In other DC Nation news, The World’s Finest has exclusively learned that Bruce Timm and Darwyn Cooke are set to reunite on an upcoming Batman Beyond DC Nation animated short. While we can not currently confirm if the short will be a single-installment or the start of a series, we can confirm it is set to debut in 2014 during the 75th anniversary celebration for Batman. Cooke will take the design and storyboard lead on the short. Expect further details in the coming months.
Gareth
I'll be excited to hear some more details about the short (or series of shorts as the case may be). Complete fantasy speculation, but with Beware the Batman looking like it will be canceled any day now, a full length Batman Beyond show would literally be the best possible case scenario. But as Ian said, Conroy and Freidle as the leads is a must.
Koete
Superman: The Animated Series is getting a soundtrack release, along with non-DCAU masterpiece Batman: The Brave and The Bold.
KnightWing
FINALLY. The STAS theme (and its extended version) along with the theme for The New Batman-Superman Adventures have never had an official release. Now all we need is the original Justice League theme and we're set.

Missy
Well, it looks like WFP will have to come back, 'cause that just put all things Batman into the DCAU continuity.
dc20willsave
True but Mike, thanks to the muffin button, WFP isn't in continuity.
