Or, a lot of them, anyway. Somehow, this affects the balance of the universe, and Surfer is the only one who sees this, and goes to stop it. Who wins? Personally, I think that Hal Jordan would win, at least if he has near unlimited power, and an imagination big enough to match. Though I'm not going to vote this one yet... Surfer has been known to be driven mad with anger before and I think Parallax would be able to snap him, which would make Surfer unleash his unlimited power to the max.
