Rumor: Cyborg movie is under discussion to make a Teen Titans movie instead. How this will work with a Teen Titans tv show in pre-production, I have no idea.

Another rumor: Green Lantern Corps is going to be a buddy cop style movie with Hal Jordan and John Stewart being the main characters. Think Lethal Weapon in space.

The context:

Well, one new point of difference is make them more grim and gritty, like Hancock or The Dark Knight, which seems to also work in Watchmen’s favor —
Everyone says that about [Christopher Nolan’s] Batman Begins. ”Batman’s dark.” I’m like, okay, ”No, Batman’s cool.” He gets to go to a Tibetan monastery and be trained by ninjas. Okay? I want to do that. But he doesn’t, like, get raped in prison. That could happen in my movie. If you want to talk about dark, that’s how that would go. I believe that pop culture is just, like, so ready for Watchmen. We tried so hard to ride that wave between satire and reality, and all the things that make you still care about the character, but you don’t miss the commentary about them.

Just saying, it's from an interview about Watchmen. As for the "sexy" quote, he's talking about Frank Frazetta. Just saying, when you want to write an article, it's easy to remove the context to prove your point.

NBC has picked up Powerless, the DC workplace sitcom.

POWERLESS (single camera)
STUDIO: Warner Bros TV
TEAM: Ben Queen (w, ep), Michael Patrick Jann (d, ep)
LOGLINE: In the first comedy series set in the universe of DC Comics, Vanessa Hudgens plays Emily, a spunky young insurance adjuster specializing in regular-people coverage against damage caused by the crime-fighting superheroes. It’s when she stands up to one of these larger-than-life figures (after an epic battle messes with her commute) that she accidentally becomes a cult “hero” in her own right … even if it’s just to her group of lovably quirky co-workers. Now, while she navigates her normal, everyday life against an explosive backdrop, Emily might just discover that being a hero doesn’t always require superpowers.
CAST: Vanessa Hudgens, Danny Pudi, Alan Tudyk, Christina Kirk

Wentworth Miller, in perhaps one of the most bewildering but awesome arrangements, is now a contracted regular for all of the Berlanti DC shows. (Note, the article does have spoilers for last night's Legends of Tomorrow). What that basically means is that if they want him for The Flash this week, he's there. If he's needed on Legends, bam. Arrow needs a cold shoulder pun? Bingo! Cat Grant needs a iced latte now? Yes Miss Grant!
