JackFetch
Batman has never been like that, and he was never in danger of being murdered by an alien until he went after him first. Also, he is getting this team together to face a huge threat and yet he still seems like he's way too happy about it.
Delete
Second, why is Batman all the sudden a happy go lucky guy that throws jokes around like he's in a Marvel movie? Perhaps Snyder can only work in extremes with these characters. He went way too far one way and when there was an overwhelmingly negative reaction to it he went wildly extreme in the other direction. teenalphabro
I thought it was alright? It didn't wow me, but I liked some of what I saw. Particularly Aquaman and The Flash.
Donomark
The Flash bits seem to be overcompensating, although it's not like he can't be humorous. I just don't find him funny. It's like part Paul Rudd Scott Lang, part Peter Parker. His costume looks stupid.Aquaman looks ill. Honestly nothing about the trailer wowed me as a movie. I liked the "I'm real when I need to be" line, but that's not necessarily going to get me buying a ticket.
Missy
The Bruce / Barry scene, while rather enjoyable, is reminiscent of the Tony / Peter scene in Civil War.
Koete
What's the appeal of the winky, overly jokey dialogue in this and most of the MCU movies? I just don't get it.
JackFetch
People like to laugh and have fun at movies instead of everything being dark and gloomy.
Koete
Is it really funny if you're constantly being pummeled by it?
Donomark
I figure it's just a way that the producers and directors have chosen to offset the wacky things going on while trying to make the characters believable. It's hit or miss for me but doesn't immediately turn me off.

Donomark
There's a ton of supposition with this one. We know Deathstroke the Terminator will be in either JL or the Batman movie, likely the former than the latter. We don't know who's playing him, and there's nothing that's said he's the main villain in the Batman film.

JackFetch
Affleck names the title of the movie.“The movie I think is going to be called ‘The Batman’. At least that’s what we’re going with right now. I might change it… That’s about all I got right now. We’re working on the script, the script is going well, I’m really excited about it.”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SXyb3dAQGoI

dc20willsave
David Ayer and Margot Robbie are teaming up for Gotham City Sirens which is going to focus on female villains. Robbie is reprising Harley Quinn.I still think that Robbie's Harley was one of the better parts of Suicide Squad so this is a wait and see for me.
