The e-mail takes twenty four hours and the post one takes fuck knows how long. The box is then sent out to you and you package your console and then phone the courier to pick it up and wait for them to pick it up. My launch system red ringed and it was fine after getting it fixed. Then it was stolen so I hope it breaks on those fucks that took it. My other one which is newer has never had a problem.
