Delete
Superman/Batman is not in continuity. Problem solved. It directly references War of the Supermen
KnightWing
Obviously, there was a War of the Supermen in this alternate reality as well.
TDK_theBatmaN
The way I saw it, this was DCAU continuity only. Didn't catch the War of the Supermen reference. Having been following it. But I will agree with KnightWing on this one.
KnightWing
There was comics continuity with the alternate Superman costumes, as well. Oh, and General Zod.

Missy
Superman / Batman is like Astonishing X-Men: sometimes it's in continuity, and sometimes it's not. And since all comic book futures never come to pass, this story is one of those "not in" moments.

KnightWing
Waitasec... I was under the impression that Superman/Batman was always in continuity. Lately, with Bruce being dead and all, they've been going backwards in the timeline and showing "past" stories before he died, but I don't remember any stories literally being out of continuity... SuaveStar
Waitasec... I was under the impression that Superman/Batman was always in continuity. Lately, with Bruce being dead and all, they've been going backwards in the timeline and showing "past" stories before he died, but I don't remember any stories literally being out of continuity... It floats in and out. If the book is selling well, it's in continuity, if it's doing badly, it's out of continuity.
TDK_theBatmaN
Continuity doesn't bother me, whether it's in or out. Make your own, is what I think. I did notice all the Superman bots references Superman's return from Reign of the Supermen and Kingdom Come, and the Blue Superman. But I was wondering why Mon-el was in the Phantom Zone. It seemed like he was in their by accident? I don't know. Can someone enlighten me?

KnightWing
I like the fact that the bat-symbol is a solid red.

KnightWing
I'm noticing that the BB comics are really lacking the series' trademark style. Without the stark color contrasts in the art and the "genuine" feeling of the writing, I'm not sure that this has what made the show so remarkable in the first place. Dread
Preview didn't light me on fire. The art seems kind of flat and the track record of the writer is dubious at best.
