grahamvidger Posted August 31, 2009 Report Share Posted August 31, 2009 When Mike and James reviewed "Power Play" in this WFP episode, Mike mentioned how this character called Rag-Tag looked familiar. he looks like a character that would be in Scooby Doo well that is what I think, and Mike thought he looked like another character from some other show. Well, I did some research and found out he was based on the Dickens character, Fagin, from the novel Oliver Twist.
