TMNT III for me. God, this takes me back.

No Turtles in Time on this poll? It was like the II and III, but with better graphics and really bad Shredder voiceovers.

No Turtles in Time on this poll?

That was a SNES game; this is a poll asking which NES TMNT game was best.

All these years later and I've yet to beat the first one. :(

EDIT:

Oh, and TMNT II: The Arcade Game was the best.

To tell the truth, I actually edited the game into the poll before I realized it was a SNES title and this was a NES poll.

I broke a handful of controllers trying to pass the underwater stage of TMNT1. Damn those currents...

I love TMNT2, though, because of the extra life code.

I could never get past anywhere with tha Turtle van on TMNT 1, so Manhattan Project it is. My brother and I would scream our lungs out at that game when the Foot Soldiers gangbanged our turtles all over the place.

Yeah, when I saw the thread title I thought "Turtles in Time", but then I saw the NES part. So I voted 3. Just a real fun game.

Did anybody ever play TMNT Tournament Fighters for SNES? I loved that game, even was in a tournament at my local Blockbuster.

The key was to find those kick-ass scroll/white fire wavey attacks and stock up. If you had a boatload of those by the time you got to shredder, it was simply a matter of dodging the de-mutating gun blasts and hosing him with those. He was dead in no time.

BTW TMNT I was the best of the three, if only because the adventure was more in-depth.

It's The Manhattan Project and its really not that close to me. TMMT 3 is like in my Top 5 favorite games of all time.

Arcade Game by far is my favorite, it is the game with the most nostalgic feel ever for me, and my friends and I still love to throw that up on the emulator

Loc....damn, if Jaymz allows it, it must stand.

Something about how he's the complete negative of me and therefore we cancel each other out..blah blah.

TMNT 1 is the answer.

I think the arcade was by far the best. I just remember the Mousers and hating the with a vengence.

Ahh what a great time it tis' remembering old quarter-play arcade games, before they were like $1.00 per play.
