Missy
Konfabulator is one of the coolest utilities I've ever seen. But it's so different, I have to quote text from the website to explain exactly what it is: Konfabulator is a JavaScript runtime engine for Windows and Mac OS X that lets you run little files called Widgets that can do pretty much whatever you want them to. Widgets can be alarm clocks, calculators, can tell you your WiFi signal strength, will fetch the latest stock quotes for your preferred symbols, and even give your current local weather. What sets Konfabulator apart from other scripting applications is that it takes full advantage of today's advanced graphics. This allows Widgets to blend fluidly into your desktop without the constraints of traditional window borders. Toss in some sliding and fading, and these little guys are right at home in Windows XP and Mac OS X. The format for these Widgets is completely open and easy to learn so creating your own Widgets is an extremely easy task. For the "skinning" crowd, Konfabulator is a dream come true. You can easily change the look, feel, layout, even functionality of a Widget so that it matches your lifestyle, your desktop, or the pants or skirt you have on that day. I'm currently running the digital clock and "to do" list, and think they're the greatest!
Skyre
I've heard of this before. the widget clocks have been around for a long time.
Missy
From what I gather, it's only new to the PC as it's been available to Mac users for some time.
Chops
From what I gather, it's only new to the PC as it's been available to Mac users for some time. Yeah, but Mac users don't count.

Yeah, but Mac users don't count. I'll quote myself (from your sig): If we had a POTD award, that would be it.
Fat DJ
The Oratory was made on a Macintosh Computer!
Missy
The Oratory was made on a Macintosh Computer! So was Sky Captain & The World of Tomorrow, but that doesn't mean I have to like Macs.
Fat DJ
The reflexive property would argue otherwise. Master Yoda loves the Oratory + The Oratory was made on a Mac= Master Yoda loves the Mac. A+B=C.
Skyre
Master Yoda loves the Oratory + The Oratory was made on a Mac= Master Yoda loves the Mac. A+B=C. But how do you know that "Master Yoda loves the Mac" would be C. It just doesn't make sense. I would make a better equation for you except for one little problem. I HATE MACS TOO!! Also they are not new to PCs.
