Rjoyadet
I am both excited and nervous at the thought of a Buckaroo Banzai television show.
JackFetch
This actually looks really good.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eX3u0IlBBO4I don't know why it all the sudden doesn't want to embed.
Koete
After Person of Interest, Jonathan Nolan has me for life.

JackFetch
After somehow staying spoiler free for two and a half years I finally finished with Breaking Bad. The second half of seasons four and five were some of the best television ever made. The first half of those same seasons were also some of the most boring television ever made. dc20willsave
This looks totally batshit insane and odd and yet I still want to watch it.
Molly
You guys: Jek Porkins from A New Hope is Lt. Eckhart in Batman 89. His death in Star Wars feels that much less tragic, if ya know what I mean.

JackFetch
I just watched Stranger Things on Netflix. Man that brought me back to my childhood. It channeled a Stephen King movie from the 80s so much that they even reference it in the show. It had a very "It" feeling to it.
Stavros
Watching DS9 episode Starship down and it finally brought into focus the dark underbelly of Star Fleet, the performance incentive console system. Basically, if your part of the ship gets hit, your console explodes. You want to live? Then better make sure your part of the ship doesn't get blown up. Enlightened society my ass, it's basically Battle Royale.

Stavros
Heh! Quite right! Also, watch "Rocks and Shoals."I'm probably going to do a whole rewatch soon so I'll get to it. I had Rocks and Shoals on VHS when it first came out.
Stavros
Don't usually get annoyed about awards noms and this is about 3 weeks late but the show needs attention, Rachel Bloom is fantastic in Cray Ex girlfriend, she won the critics choice and golden globe for female comedy lead and yet she's not even nominated for an emmy? Seriously? For a tv musical that's this good?
dc20willsave
The problem is that it's on The CW which it, and it's predecessors, The WB and UPN, never got much in the way of recognition from the TV Academy. The same thing happened with Jane the Virgin last year and that's not even getting into Veronica Mars or Buffy getting ignored for years. Snobs are gonna snob. Dread
Watched the first episode of the Voltron cartoon and struggled VERY hard to stay awake. Man...I push for feature length pilots and finales a lot (I think it usually helps the show), but this was just padding throughout.

I get the snobbishness against CW, I've seen their superhero shows but when a show gets kudos from every other awards people shold take notice. Dread
Weird. It looks like Lexi Alexander is going to direct Crossface, the Chris Benoit sort of-biopic.

Dan
Shortly after making a deal to pull all of its shows off of Hulu and make the full seasons available on Netflix after the season ends (i.e., no longer being able to watch the episode the day after broadcast), the CW announced it will be making all of its shows available on its own app, for free, on the following day without the need for a login. As a cord-cutter, this makes me happy. JackFetch
Every episode of Black Mirror season 3 is me confused for the first half, and then crying by the end.

Missy
The Putties (question mark) look like every other CGI monster of late, the Zords are too Transformer-ish, the teenage angst seems to be Teen Angst 101, but I cannot help but get so hyped for this.
