Missy
To keep Earth-2.net: The Show moving along at its twice-weekly pace, I'm going to be recording a lot of solo segments and reviews. That said, for these segments, I won't be working from notes (as I normally do), but rather reading / ad-libbing from what amounts to fully written reviews and articles. Because I'm putting a lot of time into these written-then-read pieces, I'm going to publish some (or all) of them under the A Few Words On... banner. This way people who visit the site but don't listen to The Show can still experience the content, it might even get them listening to The Show, and it will help reinvigorate the written portion of the site. All around, I see it as a good thing. Does anyone have any opinions or suggestions regarding this?
dc20willsave
Sounds cool to me. If this causes you to become overwhelmed as well, just say something. I'm sure all of us who do segments can step up the pace to become more regular.

You've probably already thought of this, but I would put a link at the bottom of the reviews to the audio versions of the pieces, letting people be able to read the work, and if interested, have an easy place to switch over onto listening to the show. For instance ending with "If you would like to hear an audio version of what you have just read, please follow THIS LINK to Earth-2.net the show episode..." Missy
Because of this, I've written nearly 3800 words this week. I haven't written that much in I don't know how long.
MissDaria
I see it as a good thing too - you're also giving people who might not be able to listen to the podcast (eg, the hearing-impaired) a chance to experience it.
