Gareth
While I wasn't a fan of his Mission Impossible film, I love all three of his animated ones. I think I'll have to go with Iron Giant as my favorite and Ratatouille as his best. It's very close though...
Dan
The Incredibles for both.
Molly
It's really close between The Incredibles and Iron Giant on both counts, for me. I didn't care for Ratatouille, and MI:3 would have been a thousand times better with anyone but Tom Cruise, but that's hardly Bird's fault. Venneh
The Incredibles, all the way.

Molly
...Have you people seen The Iron Giant? It's fucking awesome. I'm hereby voting for it just so it doesn't get shut out.
Gareth
MI:3 would have been a thousand times better with anyone but Tom Cruise, but that's hardly Bird's fault. Brad Bird directed MI:4, Ghost Protocol. MI:3 was directed by J.J. Abrams.

Venneh
Iron Giant is a fucking heartbreaker of a film, but I think Incredibles just barely edges it out for his best, just for the worldbuilding.
dc20willsave
Iron Giant is best, Ratiatouille is my favorite.
Aaron Robinson
Iron Giant for favourite. I also voted it for best, but now I'm kind of leaning towards The Incredibles for having some really inventive and fun action scenes, and just being super fun to watch. Superman I quite like Ratiatouille too. MI:4 on the other hand was just okay. Fun action scenes, but I couldn't bring myself to care about anything that happened in that movie. Dread
Incredibles for both, but Ghost Protocol is a close second in both categories.
SuaveStar
The Incredibles was the best of the ones I've seen. Still need to get around to Iron Giant.

Dread
When you've seen The Incredibles as many times I have (more than forty), the shine tends to come off. There's no denying that it's a gooder.
Rjoyadet
If there ever was a Favorite/ Best Superman film I would argue that "the Iron Giant" needs a slot on the poll.
