  1. I mean, that's valid. I enjoyed Kubo too. I just know exactly what to expect from a Transformers movie at this point.
  2. I have too much experience with this franchise to expect anything passable.
  3. Doctor Strangelove: It's still one of the funniest movies I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. Films Watched: 42
  4. So I've recently been playing the Metro games on console, and I'm actually pretty impressed. Overall, I'm definitely enjoying Last Light more than I enjoyed 2033, but they're both very solid games.
  5. Annihilation: That. That was something. I think I liked it? Films Watched: 41
  6. The Seventh Seal: Well. Fuck. That was dark as hell. Films Watched: 40

Yeah, I'll have to check all those out, I've been trying to find some new stuff to fill out my music library.

    The Music Thread

I've currently been obsessed with Zeal & Ardor lately. Great mix of musical genres, honestly, and I never thought I'd say that about something that involved black metal.
  9. Men in Black: Haven't seen it in years. While it's a bit goofy in some areas, it still holds up rather well, barring a few unfortunate shots of the World Trade Center. Films Watched: 39
  10. Dredd: It's still extremely good. Films Watched: 38
  11. I've recently picked The Witcher 3 back up again, and people were right, this game's pretty good.
  12. So I've recently started a GoFundMe to help me move out of my house. Any little bit can help, and would be greatly appreciated.
  13. Black Panther: Finally got around to seeing it, and. It's good. Not the greatest film of all time, but it's enjoyable. I think my biggest problem overall is just that I'm not a big fan of Ryan Coogler's directing style? Cause I tried watching Fruitvale Station and wasn't very impressed. But, overall, Black Panther was a highly enjoyable film. Films Watched: 37
  14. Honestly, it looks interesting. I'm hoping that Shane Black can actually like, make a Predator movie I enjoy.
  15. Honestly, I'm only gonna echo what you're saying.
  16. Class of Nuke Em High: It's fucking Class of Nuke Em High, what do you expect? Films Watched: 36
  17. Spider-Man Homecoming: Easily in the running for one of the best MCU films to date. Also, let's just say the MJ they got was really good. Films Watched: 35
  18. Killer Klowns From Outer Space: In my opinion, it's toppled Citizen Kane as cinema's high water mark, and nothing will truly top it in terms of High Art. Films Watched: 34
  19. Mad Max: Fury Road: I tend to go to Fury Road when I've been having a bit of a nightmare time of things as of late, in order to keep myself grounded and sane. And, generally, rewatches help out. This time's been no different. Films Watched: 33
  20. It: Chapter One: It's a solid film that I think has a few hangups that could've been fixed with another run at the script or two. But, overall, I loved it. Films Watched: 32
  21. Thor: Ragnarok: This movie was great. Also, I don't know if I want to make out with Valkyrie or be Valkyrie. Films Watched: 31
  22. I just wanna say that all of you are fucking great.
