For the millionth time, can studios stop pigeon holing actors as comic book people. There are dozens of people who would make a fantastic wonder woman that they don't need to go to the same well as their competitors.

Walking Dead - amazing. Everyone kept saying it's like watching a TV show, and it really is. I really like the animation/drawings as well, by not going full realistic, it eases in to the background more, so I don't spend time thinking about how they didn't get the hair quite right. I know it's been said the decisions don't really matter, but I definitely feel tense in those ones with a really short time to decide.

I just don't get the Rudd love, I think he's really boring to watch on screen. For some reason Jason Sudeikis pop's in my mind as a better alternate to Rudd.

Also, the song they chose for the final scene was pretty amazing. The opening line, the chorus, amazing.

Long shot call for help, but wanted to tap the combined wisdom of everyone here. I've bought my girlfriend a vintage Mickey Mouse phone for her 30th (she once said she always wanted one but never got one as a kid). But while we have a landline, there isn't much calls coming through on it. What I'd love is a device that allows the antique Mickey Mouse phone to receive phone calls from her mobile phone. Is this something that someone would bother making? Either wired or wireless would be fine.

I'll see this cause Michael Keaton is amazing. I also like the updated corporate baddy isn't an 80's yuppie but what looks like a silicone valley jerk, which is just perfect for Keaton to play.

Yep agree, it probably is a 17 movie deal, mix of directing, acting, producing.

I didn't say he would be bad, I was just saying it shows little thought or inspiration from the team. Hey we need a bald bad guy, who has done that lately... Instead of, we really need to make sure that Lex is an equal to Superman, who do we think can really hold a screen presence on film and make the audience think that he could beat Supes. Maybe they did all that and still came up with Cranston. I'm probably rolling this up with the rumour I read that they were considering Ryan Gosling for Batman....

And the award for least imaginative casting goes to WB..... Seriously, the reason their movies suck is that they make movies by committee / numbers.

You know what I've been thinking.... What was it exactly that everyone loved about Christian Bale? I like him as an actor, but what did he bring to Batman that was amazing? The surfer grunt? The movies were amazing, but was that due to him? I really can't see Affleck being any worse than Bale was as Batman. I'm not saying Affleck is a better actor, I'm just saying that Bale wasn't what made you watch the Batman movies from Nolan, in the way Downey makes you watch Iron Man.

I actually don't mind it, although it does make me wonder what the story line is, as he's younger than I thought they were going with?

I just think it should have gone to a notable voice actor instead of this decade's Ryan Reynolds.

That's insane. I guess that means there will be a Sly vs Mel fight that could be kinda awesome.

I think Nolan cashed in a lot of the credit in had in the bank with TDKR and to a lesser extent Inception. This would have to be pretty amazing for him to reclaim his aura in my books. I've been a fan since Memento, but the last couple have been below his best. And I'd also like to see him work with some different writers.

Mel Gibson confirmed as the bad guy and maybe Antonio Banderas, which could be all sorts of awesome!

I thought he's been pretty decent in the comedy/action stuff. I may be alone, but I thought he was good in Blade. Not saying the character was amazing, but his performance was good. Same for him in Smokin Aces.

I'm just glad that this means the US has reclaimed the title of most racist western country back from us here in Australia. Anyone who doesn't think a black defendant wouldn't have been sent to prison in this circumstance is kidding themselves. ZImmerman put himself in a situation where someone was going to get hurt, he could have stayed where he was. There was no reason for him to follow anyone. It doesn't matter who started it, the situation should never have happened. For that alone he should have gone for manslaughter.

Apparently Liev said he isn't doing it. Unless Benoit is the villain in the movie, how do you create a character that connects with the audience for 90 minutes who ends up in a murder suicide involving their own child?
