Dean Cain, who played Superman in the 1990s TV series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, and Helen Slater, who played Supergirl in the 1984 film Supergirl, have joined the cast of the CBS/Warner Bros. pilot. Details about the roles they'll be playing are being kept under wraps

I don't like the look of the boots and stockings, but, I love that she's actually covered up. I would have no issue with my child wearing that exact costume for Halloween. And that's pretty rare in superhero media, for women.

You wouldn't think it a slightly odd costume decision for your son to choose??
