Missy
As I posted on Twitter: After 43 years of hiding from myself, I've finally admitted I'm genderfluid and pansexual. I've recorded some thoughts about how I came to my truth (link in first post), and I could not have done it without the support of Shana and those who came before me. I love you all! L00F
So happy for you - congrats! Been a listener since the days of World's Finest. I'm bi - took me a long time to realize, then years still to be openly so. But coming out made me so happy, and it is bound to be the same for you. Missy
Someone at work who knows I'm genderfluid just called me "they" in the presence of someone else, and I nearly danced away with glee! That's the first time someone has done that. For the record, I'm using He / They pronouns.
Missy
Went to the doctor today and a nurse complimented my nails (two shades of purple at the moment), and the doctor asked my preferred name and pronouns. It's still so new to me.
Missy
I've been getting a lot of targeted ads on Twitter for female clothing. Nothing I would or could wear, but, I like it.
Missy
At work one of the partners was showing someone around, and I think they got confused on how to gender me. He said to the other fellow, "And here's our IT... people." I'm a one-person department, and no one else works anywhere near me. So. Can't say for certain, but the little pause made me think. And made me chuckle.
