It was more like the 60's Batman series and even had William Dozier narrating(it was produced by the same company). There was another pre Carter Wonder Woman that was a bit more serious and didn't have her in her traditional outfit and she played it more like a female James Bond type. But yeah, it was scraping the barrell. I liked the movie, and you either were a fan of the classic show and an adult, or a kid and knew who the characters were from the new show, people who went to see either is that IMO.
