Stavros
Shooting pains in your arm? Why is the American solution to every potential taste issue 'add cheese'?
KnightWing
Because it actually is the solution to every potential taste issue.
Stavros
Wow. And the British have a reputation for lacking culinary imagination.
Molly
Hey, saying that our only solution is to add cheese is terribly, terribly misinformed about the intricacies of American cuisine. ...Sometimes we add bacon.
Stavros
That crispy thin stuff isn't bacon. It's just not.
slothian
Of course, there are inherent cholestoral (sp) issues with adding cheese to everything. And Stavros is right - American (US/Canadian) bacon is fucking awful. Crispy and thin is simply not bacon.

Stavros
Some buddies of mine are making a short film about someone living their life through computer games for their re-mediation coursework. Lucky me, I get to be the character doing it. We're doing digitally altered live action versions of Pong, Pacman, Super Mario Bros, Street Fighter II, Doom, Guitar Hero and The Sims. It's going to be interesting.

Stavros
I just read two stories my godson wrote in school this week. Both involved innocent cats being murdered with guns. I need a lock on my door.
KnightWing
What the heck is wrong with you Brits? I mean, over here we murder people, but cats? That's just messed up, man.
Stavros
I did ask his parents if the stories were handed over in a meeting with a school counsellor. Then again, maybe he's taken on board my fuck cats attitude. Because seriously, I hate cats. Mondays I can deal with, but cats piss me off. Almost as much as dogs. KnightWing
Yeah, I think in America, we treat cats, dogs, and small children with more reverence than human adults.
