Koete
Anyone else watch this? The first ten minutes when it was comic reference goodness was fantastic. My favorite one being Milhouse asking if Alan Moore will sign his "Watchmen Babies" video and Alan Moore goes off about the movie industry. Oh, and of course the League of Extraordinary Freelancers: Dan Clowes, Art Spiegelman, and Alan Moore.
Dread
Anyone who can hook me up with a perfectly legal <wink, wink/> way to get this episode (ie: a link) will make me very happy. That is all.
Chops
That episode was great, the first time I found the Simpsons smartly written in a long time. The refrence to Moore's Lost Girls was great as I'm sure most of the audience doesn't know what kind of book that is.
Stavros
That is about as specific a reference as you will EVER get in a mainstream show. Kudos, I'll have to get that one. Also I would totally read that book. The creative team for Power Pack would do as long as they maintained the violent introspection of the source material.
