KnightWing
Three chances at what? Asking this girl out. Wait... so three chances with three girls, or three chances with the same girl? And to be technical, if none of them were "quite right," then they can't be considered "chances." That sucks about your friend and her house, though. I know how that is. dc20willsave
Um. Yes. Is that your vent? No, that's his response to Doug's Vent and they do kinda suck.
Molly
No, I was responding to Doug's three chances ordeal. High School relationships were the worst. (Myself, I dated this controlling, uptight bitch who masqueraded as an intellectual. Since getting to college, I've seen how flawed someone like that is, and I've invested my time in much better people. My current girl for example.) Nicolette Opal
I fail the easy task of looking at the previous page. That said, Doug, just ask her out. Don't think too hard about it. The worst she can say is "no," and really, really really I promise, that is not so bad. Also, THIS IS THE BIGGEST LOAD OF SHIT I HAVE READ IN A LONG, LONG TIME. And that includes all my submission readings.
Doug
I saw the girl three times, but none of the times it felt right. Also I have a feeling my chest is going to bruise over.

KnightWing
My own fault. Never should have looked her up. Well, hey, look at it this way: if she's that kind of person, then she's not good enough for you anyway. *Pat on the back*
Guest
On a lighter note, my track record for exes now goes as follows. 1) Became a heroin addict and had a kid. 2) Became a pornstar and had a kid. 3) Married and in a Jesus cult. KnightWing
On a lighter-lighter note, it's a good thing that they're now your exes.

George W.
My ex-fiance is now married to the guy she was cheating on me with. So that's awesome. On the bright side, she's gonna cheat on her husband. And if the universe wants a laugh, it'll be with a heroin-addicted ex-pornstar turned priest. Professor
My ex-fiance is now married to the guy she was cheating on me with. So that's awesome. That happened to me once. I was asked to be at the wedding & be an usher. This is why I now look at my caller ID instead of just answering.
Guest
I wouldn't be a free man right now if I'd been to the wedding.
Professor
Ha. One of the her selling points was an open bar at the reception. That would not have ended well.
James D.
Today, I sold a $10 scratch-off ticket and it was worth at least $1,000 dollars. I couldn't even cash it for the woman because the prize was so high. She'll have to take it to the Georgia Lottery office. Why is this a "vent", you ask? I was going to buy that ticket earlier in the morning, but there was no one around to be my "witness" to see me putting the ten bucks in the lottery register. dc20willsave
The course I really wanted to do at University -English and Film at Edinburgh, just knocked me back. Fuck. That blows. Well, you got into one of the programs and I'm sure you'll get into the rest. If push comes to shove, start applying for the same program elsewhere. SuaveStar
Yeah, that was the course I set my heart on though, so it's kind of a kick in the balls. I have my three other options to hear back from. I'm going to take ten more minutes to feel sorry for myself, then get back to work.
