KnightWing
Battle of the Superheroes had an insane number of direct visual references.
Koete
I caught most of them thanks to Superdickery.com, but the Supermobile, Filmation nods, and movie reference went over my head. I love episodes like this where you can notice a ton of references and still miss some.

Gareth
Bat-Mite Presents would be the most kick-ass spin-off show ever, in an awesome Mystery Science Theater kind of way.
You Know Who
Sorry to be the sourpuss once again, but I just couldn't sit through "Batman's Strangest Cases". "Batboy and Rubin" was too cartoony and annoying, while I've never liked Scooby-Doo at all and the crossover with Batman did nothing to change that. To be positive, though, I saw "The Malicious Mister Mind!" a while back on YouTube and it kicks ass.
Gareth
If they were to make more of these Bat-Mite Presents though, I would like it if Bat-Mite popped in and made more sarcastic comments, like he did with the Scooby-Doo episode. More like what I said above, a Mystery Science Theater strictly for Batman.

"Batboy and Rubin" was too cartoony and annoying, while I've never liked Scooby-Doo at all and the crossover with Batman did nothing to change that. Botboy and Rubin was actually taken from a Mad Magazine parody (and I think it captured the humor of Mad perfectly). That was a big reason for it being as cartoony as it was. Really, I think the point of the episode was to touch on lesser known aspects of Batman's history.

annericelover
Wouldn't it be great if the Bat-Mite Presents episode was a backdoor pilot for an anthology based Batman series? I had this thought that with all the possible stories there are, plus with what we saw in the room he was in, it be a great new idea
Koete
An anthology show with Paul Reubens Bat-Mite as host in every episode? Outrageous!

Stavros
I HATED last weeks episode. Just had no redeeming features for me, complete opposite of the Superman episode. Also, when are we going to get some god-damned Aquaman again?
Koete
This week's episode was basically "fuck yeah, Joker" so I enjoyed it quite a bit. I thought it was very cool how Batman was portrayed as the villains see him.

Also, when are we going to get some god-damned Aquaman again? The one with Batboy and Ruben and Scooby Doo? If so, I'm glad I'm not alone in that sentiment. Koete
WHAT??? That episode was awesome. You can't top baby Batman. That you're fine with Bat-Baby but disliked "Batman's Strangest Cases" amuses me greatly.
Stavros
Not, not the Marvel family episode, got mixed up. The Strangest Cases episode was the one I hated.
prez
Not, not the Marvel family episode, got mixed up. The Strangest Cases episode was the one I hated. Agreed. My kid wanted to watch it so bad and then we just sat there and never laughed or smiled or anything.
Koete
The teaser for "Shadow of the Bat!" had Bat-Ape. Automatic 10. Edit: Unless the episode has that ending.
