Cheap Heat
I personally beleive this series is a hidden gem in the GBA games library, if only a tad childish.
Mr. Keith
I've only played a couple games from this series, the very first one and the side scroller that was for the Game Cube*Same story, different controls*. The first Battle Network is still laying around here waiting for me to finally pick it up and beat the stupid thing, but from the eight hours I have played of it I'd say it was definitely an enjoyable game. Dunno if I'd be able to play the same engine two more times, though.

Mr. Keith
Yeah, but would the improvments be enough to wanna fork over $19.99 for it? Although actually, I could play the second game since my little brother owns it and doesn't play it anymore. I'll probably give it a quick try if I have the time this week. Cheap Heat
Yeah, but would the improvments be enough to wanna fork over $19.99 for it? $20? Why are you still on the computer man? For the love of god by the fucking series.

For the love of god by the fucking series. Because that $19.99 is going towards the Mega Man: Anniversary Collection that's coming out in May. Yeees, I finally get to own Mega Man 2 again and every other original Mega Man game!!! :OMG: :OMG: :OMG: I'll give the second one try and see if it keeps my interest. If so, then I'll think about buying the third and final game. But I definitely ain't gonna get Mega Man Battle Chip Challenge, which I've heard from everyone was nothing but a boring piece of crap. It's just a filler between 3 and 4.
Destruction D
I will admit, i am excited about the Mega Man: Anniversery Collection, but I wouldn't stop myself from buying Battle Network 2.
Cheap Heat
Just finished Megaman Battle Network 4 (Japanese), and all I can say is wow. Not wow at the game but at the ending. SPOILER: The main villian commits suicide, he jumps of a cliff right in front of Lan. Seriously, I thought this was a good step for MMBN to be taken as more of a teenager/fans of the original series game, but I fear it will be editted out for the US version, and if not that almost definitely the U.K.
