Venneh
Well, that settles it. Watching School Reunion for sure tonight.
dc20willsave
That blows. Bet there's going to be a In Honor thing on Saturday's episode. Going to watch School Reunion now. Looking around, they had filmed three of the stories for Series 5 of the Sarah Jane Adventures. What's really sad? The title of the last aired episode of Sarah Jane was "Goodbye Sarah Jane." Dan
I'm actually welling up. Celebrity deaths rarely affect me, other than a quick "Oh, that's too bad." This was like getting punched in the stomach. That's never happened to me before. Man.

damndirtyape
I was re-watching series 2 the last couple of days and was actually on the episode school reunion when I found out. Gutted. Great actress and great companion for many of the Doctors.

And then a 15 minute tribute program to Elisabeth Sladen directly after DW finishes, on CBBC.

JasonC
I was looking around FB and the net today in a break at work, and found out some stuff about Lis Sladen I hadn't been aware of, like she was in a long running soap opera called Coronation Street for a while. I also found a picture of her that made me go 'Woah, is that..? wow.' Thought I would share it with you... I am going to miss her so much, its stupid. dc20willsave
All of us Stateswise are going to watch the premiere on BBC America in the Chatroom at 9 ET tomorrow. If you go in there before it's over tomorrow, please stay spoiler free. Thank you.
Venneh
My second littlest sister is currently at home and watching the Doctor marathon on BBC America. I love it when she has good taste like that. ^^
JackFetch
Has the UK already seen the premiere? I assume they have since it is their show, I was just wondering how far behind we are this season since it seems to shrink every year. Missy
It's just about to air in the UK. and I think we're getting it six hours later.

Stavros
That was good. They're making good on some promises for this season. Definitly a lot of things going on there that are going to have reprecussions throughout this year on Who. I'm glad they're diving head-first into stuff that's actually going to matter. The bad guys were sort of like Angels or the thing in the Library, Moffat's villains are effective but not exactly varied at this point. However it's still going to be interesting to see where they got with this.

But the conceit of outright lying to the Doctor/Amy shooting the child trapped in the spacesuit is one hell of a cliffhanger!

Urdush
To say that it was "good" is the biggest understatement ever.
