Missy
I think I'm going to hold off on watching it 'til it's time to cover it, but if I watch it beforehand, I'll give some brief thoughts on the air.

Koete
I still get a chuckle out of a story being named "Kinda."
Dan
Watching "Snakedance" with the commentary on. It's hilarious. Usually they mix it up with cast members, directors, guest cast, crew, etc, but here it's just Peter Davison, Janet "Tegan" Fielding and Sarah "Nyssa" Sutton, and with no outside people to encourage them to behave themselves they're essentially ripping into each other. dc20willsave
Peter Davison Kinda Snakedance I'd be very interested to hear what you think when you see these. Kinda is my favorite of the two. There was something to the story that I really enjoyed. I think it might have been the survey team. I really wanted Todd to become a companion. She would have been more useful than Nyssa who takes a nap the entire story. Also, I got a good reminder of why I don't like Adric. Snakedance was different. I kinda liked that The Mara was being more direct in what it was doing but it seemed more an excuse for Sarah Fielding to chew the scenery. Lon, the Federator's son, is freaking annoying the entire story and makes for a kinda cruddy villain.

SkylerQ91
Oh! I don't often break out my credit card but I may have to for that set. That is if it ships here... even though it's about $10 more with shipping to Canada, it's still a great price! -Skyler

Missy
Does anyone want to give me $215.87 so I can purchase the remainder of Peter Davison's tenure on DVD?
jlabonte1974
I have a very very tiny collection. I have Rememberance of the Daleks, one of my all time favorite classic Doctor Who stories, and most of the rest on VHS, I am trying to get my brother to post his collection. I also have all of Tennant, and of course the 9th doctor as well. The 7th doctor was really my doctor, so I am trying to get all of his stories. Other then Daleks does anyone else have any other DVD suggestions? -Jonathan
Dan
NOT Time and the Rani. I bought it because it was on sale, and I literally got seven minutes into episode one before I had to turn it off in disgust. Survival's pretty good. The DVD is good too, as it has a fair amount of "This was the last story" extras on it.
