Donomark
IDK if I'm as hyped for it as everyone else, the punk rock vibe really isn't my jam, but I can't say there's ever been a comic book movie that's looked anything like this before. And it's shot extremely well. It's definitely something I'm gonna see, if it wasn't already.
James D.
Ooooooooh, boy, that trailer was fucknuts insane, and that's exactly what a Suicide Squad movie should look like.
teenalphabro
I'm now beyond hyped for this movie.
Missy
So, who's the subway train going through near the end? I thought the mysterious big bad (not really Joker) would be Enchantress but that's a dude. Interesting thread on facebook is naming Felix Faust, Blackbriar Thorn and Klarion the Witch Boy. Ike Barinholtz is listed in the cast with no name for his character.Every time I see that clip, I keep thinking he's a metal Groot.
dc20willsave
Felix Faust seems a bit more likely but I would fucking love Klarion. I admit, I'm a bit of a Klarion (bum bum) the Witch Boy fan.
Delete
Many reports out today that WB has ordered massive reshoots to make the movie "lighter and funnier". Apparently every joke in the movie was in the last trailer.
Missy
Any word if the reshoots will delay its release?
JackFetch
I doubt it. A lot of movies do reshoots after the first round of editing when they realize they need more coverage. From what I read they are changing the tone of the film so they will just be adding jokes and nothing that actually changes the story. Donomark
It doesn't matter if it's light or dark as long as the script is good
JackFetch
That laugh....I like it.
Davedevil
I don't. It's my least favorite Joker laugh so far.(And I've heard plenty of them) I hope it is just that one, since it sounds like the same audio. I do love his delivery of "Bye bye!" though. Dread
The reshoots were action-based. Probably upping the ante in stunt stuff.I don't like to get my hopes up, but there's nothing here that tells me this won't be my favourite comic book movie of all time. teenalphabro
Oh, that looks like a special brand of stupid. Granted, I shouldn't be surprised, considering it's the Asylum, but still.
dc20willsave
The nutty thing: It's a sequel to their Avengers/Once Upon a Time knock-off, Avengers Grimm. Edited July 9, 2016 by dc20willsave

slothian
Not in Empire (one of the UK's premier film magazines) but then reviews don't really influence my filmgoing nowadays.
Koete
Just saw somebody said it made Fantastic Four look good, so yeah, focusing on your own response rather than reviews is a good rule of thumb with superhero movies.
Aaron Robinson
Well, I've already got tickets to see it with friends. Wasn't super hopeful about it in the first place, but my wife was super excited for it and my friends wanted to see it. But man, I'm kind of dreading it now. James D.
Most of the reviews I've perused have basically said it has some great characters, but the script/plot is an absolute unfocused mess. JackFetch
Yeah, I'm still going to see it but the reviews are pretty bad.

James D.
Basically. Well, Winter Soldier is still awesome.
JackFetch
Apparently WB panicked after BvS and turned it into a mess. Edited August 3, 2016 by JackFetch
