RSS
Spider-Man hurriedly swings across the city, in search of his villainous prey. The above is from: http://www.earth-2.net/wallpaper/full/Spider-Man_004.jpg

Stavros
Looks like a cleaned up Romita Jr piece. Who's the artist?
Missy
You're right, it's Romita, Jr.
Stavros
You're right, it's Romita, Jr. Really? The eyepieces are classic JRJr but there's detail work on the torso and hands thats atypical. I presume this was at least inked by someone else? The red on black is how most JRJr spidey is coloured, I think that was a chunk of the recognition factor as well. I jumped onto Spider-man around the time he was working on the book in the 90's.
Missy
It was inked by Klaus Janson, which surprises the hell out of me, considering both he and Romita have very rough styles.

Molly
The red on black looks so much better than the red on blue.
Guest DCAUFan1051
The red on black looks so much better than the red on blue. I agree... but in this picture it makes him look almost blended into the building instead of swinging by it. Still very cool though.
