Guest
Great. I'd rather have the chance to play as Strider, or Phoenix Wright, or some of the Power Stone/Rival Schools characters.

Guest
Yeah, he was confirmed to not be in. Some others they've said aren't in the game. Any of the Fantastic Four Mega Man X Dr. Strange (yeah, I know) Gene Demitri (or any other Darkstalkers characters, for that matter) Ghost Rider Daredevil Punisher Tyrant/Nemesis Emma Frost Cyclops Yeah, Cyclops isn't going to be in, but we got TRISH! KnightWing
I'd really like Cyclops. Daredevil, too.
Guest
THQ held a live roster announcement tonight at gamespot.com where they announced who would be on the Smackdown vs. Raw 2011 video game. Howard Finkel, The Miz, Eve Torres & Justin Roberts were part of the show. The roster is not complete because there will be more downloadable content and they did not announce any hidden chararcters, of which there will probably be a few. Here's the roster they did announce: RAW Alicia Fox Bret Hart (Best Buy DLC exclusive) Brie Bella Chris Jericho David Hart Smith Edge Evan Bourne Eve Torres Ezekiel Jackson Gail Kim Goldust John Cena John Morrison Mark Henry Maryse Melina The Miz Natalya Nikki Bella Primo R-Truth Randy Orton Santino Marella Shawn Michaels Sheamus Ted DiBiase Triple H Tyson Kidd Vladimir Kozlov William Regal Yoshi Tatsu Zack Ryder SMACKDOWN Beth Phoenix Big Show Chavo Guerrero Chris Masters (Available in DLC Pack 1) Christian CM Punk Cody Rhodes Dolph Ziggler Drew McIntyre Finlay Jack Swagger JTG Kane Kelly Kelly Kofi Kingston Luke Gallows Matt Hardy Michelle McCool Montel Vontavious Porter Rey Mysterio Shad Gaspard The Undertaker Vance Archer DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT PACK 2 Available during the "holiday season" Davey Boy Smith (Legend) David Otunga (RAW) Justin Gabriel (RAW) Layla (SmackDown) Lex Luger (Legend) Wade Barrett (RAW)
JackFetch
Ezekiel Jackson has been injured for almost 6 months and he gets in the game?
Guest
Looks like they're overcompensating for the complete lack of DLC last year. Now, half the current roster is going to be DLC. Hopefully that leads to Danielson and Kaval down the road, at least.
SuaveStar
I can't wait for the new Smackdown, as I really enjoy the series. Mostly cause I play it with friends all the time, so it doesn't get boring easily. Also, this really shows the differences between WWE and TNA, WWE make a big deal of the roster reveal for the next game, and TNA can't even find a publisher or developer to make a game, after the last piece of shit home console game. Naughty Bear was actually worse than I was expecting. I lasted about 40 minutes before I turned it off and sent it back. In theory its harmless fun, but in practice, its just dull. Guest
You going to work out some movie-based tensions? Let's just say that Dashing Cody Rhodes is going to get tossed off of the top of the cell more than a couple times.
SuaveStar
And to think, by that time, I'll have probably seen Dark City
Guest
If you don't like Dark City, I'll be forced to pick Lex Luger. You don't want to fight my Lex Luger.

S-T
I can't wait for the new Smackdown, as I really enjoy the series. Are they making a version for the Nintendo DS?

Guest
So the Retronauts podcast is ending... supposedly. It was easily my favourite gaming podcast, despite the fact that the host Jeremy Parrish is the only gaming podcaster more self-conscious than me, and thus had to stop every six months to go "I don't know. Is this show good? I think I should change it." only to revert back to the original format when it bored him. Now it's supposed to be a daily video show. Though "show" may be giving it too much credit, since it'll only be about a minute long each day. He'll probably get bored again and bring it back. Aaron Robinson
Yeah, that's a shame. That's two of my favourite podcasts gone in a year. I'm not at all surprised, since Jeremy has admitted he doesn't like podcasts, but I'm sad to see it go.
