JasonC
In other news (see the Agents of SHIELD thread), the latest Person of Interest was outstanding. Very much seconded. But then Person of Interest has always been outstanding. Now that I have concluded my Arrow Season 1 marathon, I think its time for a Person of Interest Season 2 marathon. Interspersed with Breaking Bad Season 1 (and probably 2) for variety.
Kenny Evil
Getting very pissed off about a "theory" that's floating around about the breaking bad finale the "it's all a dream theory. One person has outright accused Gilligan of lying about it not being a dream.
Dread
I see the "break point" of him getting in the car, but there is literally NOTHING to support that theory later in the episode. My personal theory is that the whole thing is a nightmare of Huell's from the moment he looks at the giant stack of money: #FreeHuell
Dread
Back on Person of Interest: I am LOVING the inclusion of Shaw this season. She is really making the familiar dialogue between Reese and Finch snappy. Interesting introduction of a completely different villain organization too. I am a fan of Sarah Shahi ever since I saw her on 'Life', so if she pops up in anything I'm happy. But to have her in one of my favourite TV shows is a bonus. I saw the episode Shaw first appeared in but I haven't seen the rest of Season 2 yet. What episode does she return in?
Stavros
Watching some 2009 SNL. So weird to watch Seth Meyers cracking jokes about the Leno/Conan situation.

She's a core cast member as of season 3. We've actually seen a lot more of her than we have Fusco this season.
Stavros
Best film trailer I've seen in a while http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JK-Fbj_FV2I

Missy
If anyone's interested in it, Netflix has that streaming.
dc20willsave
I'm gearing up for my yearly Horror Movie Halloween Party and trying to figure out a good variety of good, bad, and obscure horror films to go with. I think the best one I've found so far is The Godmonster of Indian Flats which is about a radioactive sheep giving birth to a sheep monster. That said, even with a year worth of Dread Media behind me, this gets harder every year to come up with a good, fresh crop of films without going back to the well. JackFetch
I don't think Kevin Smith is even trying anymore. Described as an "unsettling" tale likened to Tom Six's Human Centipede, Tusk concerns a man who was once lost at sea with a walrus. When the man returns home, he puts out an ad for a roommate. The only thing this man asks is that his roommate wear a walrus costume and act only like the animal. Somewhere along the way, the film takes a darker turn. Smith developed the script with Smodcast pal Scott Mosier. Sam Englebardt and William D. Johnson will produce through Demarest Films with Shannon McIntosh producing through Smodcast Pictures. David Greathouse and Jennifer Schwalbach are executive producing.
Koete
I think it's the most he's tried in 15 years.
JackFetch
When I read it I thought it sounded like something they made up on his podcast. Turns out it was.
Stavros
Does anyone else's Netflix do this thing where is pauses as if to say "Whoa now, haven't you had enough?". It's like if a crack pipe had a user agreement. I know what I'm doing, now give me TV!
dc20willsave
Usually after watching two or three episodes of something in a row.
Stavros
I may think it's happening more frequently because I've stopped recognising when shows begin and end. Buzz Aldrin yelling at the moon is still hilarious. "I see you! Return to the night! You've no business here!"
JackFetch
I think it's every hour and a half or so. It's really annoying when binge watching.
Venneh
It's every four episodes of hour long programs, and I think it's the same for the half hour shows, too.
JackFetch
It's every four episodes of hour long programs, and I think it's the same for the half hour shows, too. I get them a lot sooner than that.
Venneh
Yours judges you more then, I guess. I get them every four eps of Breaking Bad or Once or Sons of Anarchy. It might be longer on the half hour shows, I haven't watched once of those in a while.
JackFetch
Can anyone confirm if it still does it while watching Netflix on a smart tv? I'm about to get one and it would seem stupid to do it that way.
