ragernok2002
After reading all the ultimates comics, I have come to the opinion that thier version of Fury is the ultimate one(Pun intended). He justs seems cooler and more hip, the other Fury just annoyed me. What are your thoughts.
Missy
Ultimate Fury by a million miles. He's cool and confident and ten step ahead of everyone else. And while the original Fury is hardcore, he comes off as a curmudgeon.
Fat DJ
Colonel Fury is white, gotta go with him. Seriously though, I have to go with General Fury, as he's never been played by David Hasselhoff.
S-T
Both are cool, and I actually like the curmudgeonly attitude of "Marvel" Fury. But, I go with the original. Maybe it's just nostalgia, but he just seems like a cooler character. That and I'm not a huge fan of the "Ultimate" universe.
Missy
I can see liking the original more and I can see not liking the Ultimate Universe in general, but I don't see how the original is cooler. Ultimate Fury oozes liquid cool, whereas original Fury oozes piss and vinegar.
tglancy
See, to me original Fury is cool in the Red Foreman type way. Red doesn't take crap from anyone and a simple look lets you know that he is pissed. I just don't get that from Ultimate Fury. Ultimate Fury seems more cerebral to me and less likely to F someone up. elevenball
I'll say the Samuel L. Jackson Nick Fury. If only because the regular Fury in the Marvel U. is being characterized more and more like the one in the Ultimate U. However, Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., by Jim Steranko, far surpasses anything that Ultimate Fury has been in. The maze panel rules!
