RSS
In "Terror of the Autons," The War Chief returns! (Oh, what's this? A note from Tom Deja: "Mike, embrace the truth. The Master is not The War Chief. Your friend, Tom.") Sigh... okay. In "Terror of the Autons," The Master debuts, and he's brought some familiar foes with him! Then in "The Mind of Evil," The Master schemes to launch a missile at a world peace conference. slothian
Good stuff, gentlemen! Very interested in this Master-centric episode and I look forwards to the next ep for more on Delgado's portrayal. Of course, by then, I will have just watched the first of Matt Smith's run on TV! Incidentally, if you'd like me to, I could always make a child-friendly cut of BITD by bleeping out the swearing - as I did so masterfully for the first version of "All the Same" in FYEO #22!! Oh, and I love the way Mike put Tom's inflections onto his email!
Guest
I'll be honest. I kinda have a soft spot for The Master killing that guy with the plastic chair.

They actually have of that on YouTube and it's one of many reasons I love the Master.
Stavros
Mike, I'm only a few minutes into the episode, but I think you've used the phrase "Super-cool" about 5 times already. Its ok to use normal words like awesome. I'm a proud geek too, but even on a Doctor Who podcast we can shed some traditional stereotypes. Missy
Ha! There are certain phrases I know I use often, but that's not one I ever picked up on.
