Delete
All I want to know is whether the JLI is getting Ted Kord back. The rest can go hang. Ted Kord is still dead. If you hadn't noticed DC wants to be more diverse. So getting rid of the Mexican? Blue Beetle for the white one wouldn't work.
KnightWing
Ted Kord is still dead. And Barbara Gordon is still paralyzed. Oh wait...
Stavros
There's three Flashes, five Green Lanterns, two proper Batmen and a dozen legacy heroes whose predecessor is still around. We can't have two Blue Beetles?
Missy
Jill Pantozzi's take on Barbara becoming Batgirl once more. Not that this has anything to do with her column, but why is someone with more experience (RE: Barbara) called Batgirl, while someone with less (RE: Kate) is Batwoman? dc20willsave
On the subject of Batgirl, I'm not one of the Gail Simone detractors but I still have to say I'm only giving this an issue's chance before possibly dropping it. Simone has written the best Barbara Gordon with the possible exception of Chuck Dixon. I believe that she might do a good job but I still think Oracle is more useful than Batgirl. Hell, for that matter, I've loved the current Batgirl series and I will say that Stephanie going back to being Spoiler will kinda piss me off. prez
THe more I read, the more depressed I get. I just don't see why I should read any of this outside of a loyalty to characters that have just been butt-fucked.

dc20willsave
Demon Knights and Justice League Dark sound intriguing. It's Paul Cornell doing his awesome thing. What's not to love, especially if it's Etrigan as the name might imply.
Missy
Smallville writers Michael Green and Mike Johnson will be writing Supergirl. There's some rumblings that Resurrection Man will make a return, too.
Stavros
I do like Resurrection Man. His issue of DC 1 million was great.

First storyline Batwing Demon Knights Nightwing Red Hood and the Outlaws Resurrection Man Swamp Thing First issue Justice League Wonder Woman
Koete
Animal Man Batwoman Demon Knights Frankenstein, Agent of SHADE Justice League Dark Resurrection Man Swamp Thing
Stavros
I'll be reading- Green Lantern Green Lantern Corps Aquaman Batman INC Justice League International and I'll be trying out- Red Lantern Corps Green Lantern: New Guardians Justice League Justice League Dark Resurrection Man Batwing Catwoman The Aquaman team of Johns and Reis in particular looks great, and I've read every Aquaman comic going back to 1993 with Peter David. I'd be all over the new Hawkman too for similar reasons, but the creative is less inspiring.

prez
Amazing, I can already pick out the titles that will be cancelled. It shouldn't be hard. Just chop that list in about half and that's what will be around in one year.

Dread
The more I hear about this, the more this becomes simply a soft reboot. The Bat-titles remain almmost unchanged with a couple new series, for example. It almost makes me angrier seeing as this is simply a ploy to make more money as opposed to do what they thought was right for the line. Whether I disagreed with it or not, if it was for the story, it would have been honorable. This is a bullshit money grab. And I'll full-on fucking admit that a full third or so of those new titles are very interesting to me. However, I will only continue to get the Lantern books and Batman Inc. Maybe I'll look at trades in seven years when some of these books are collected. Not JLA though. That image is ugly as fuck. It is the worst thing I have ever seen Jim Lee do. It looks like he's trying to be Travis Charest or something but fails miserably. Also, Erik Larsen said something to the effect on Twitter, but it needs to be reiterated: DC wants a new design on their characters so they looks young and fresh and yet they choose a guy who has a kid graduating college to do the design work. Collars. Kids love collars.

Cause this is a near-identical move.
Dread
the Post-Crisis reboot WAS about the story. In fact, it was supposed to be a complete and utter do-over since things were so fucked up continuity-wise, but DC was too scared to pull the trigger. I don't see the comparison.
