  2. It might be a tad long and sort of underwhelming, but "The Reign of Terror" isn't really that bad of an episode of Doctor Who. [ 36:14 || 16.6 MB ] The above is from: http://www.earth-2.net/podcasts/biggeronth.../bigger_006.mp3
  3. With a movie that's grossed nearly $350 million worldwide, and all four books topping best seller lists, Twilight is very clearly a global phenomenon. But is it any good? [ 3:05:14 || 84.9 MB ] The above is from: http://www.earth-2.net/theshow/episodes/e2ts_300.mp3
  4. With Street Fighter IV hitting consoles next month, it's only fair that we take a look back at the long and storied history of the 2D fighter, a genre that has always appealed to the more obsessive, detail-oriented player. The above is from: http://www.earth-2.net/articles/multitap-02
  5. Many attempts have been made to adapt the Street Fighter game series into movies and TV series, mostly with disastrous results. However, Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie is often seen as one of the few bright spots in the long list of terrible movies. Kellen and Brennan recently watched the movie and discuss if this is because it's good on its own merits, or just not as bad as the rest. 7. Tiny Titans: Welcome to the Treehouse, Batman: RIP and Madman: The Oddity Oddessy are the three collections Dan and Mike review this week. Will they fall in love with the cuteness of the li'l Titans, believe the hype surrounding Bruce Wayne's demise and marvel at Mike Allred's earliest take on his most famous character? Maybe. Then again, maybe you'll want to get your hate mail ready. [ 53:37 || 24.8 MB ] The above is from: http://www.earth-2.net/theshow/episodes/e2ts_299.mp3

  11. I've mentioned before that when it comes to horror in video games, it doesn't take a whole lot to scare me. I'm the kind of gamer who'll enter every room with my gun raised, glancing around every corner, making sure to scope the room out for places I can run to in case an ambush happens. So when I first popped in Dead Space, I was kind of surprised to find myself coasting through it with nary a worry. Sure, the game offers a few good "boo" moments, but I never really felt concerned about my survival, nor was I ever discomforted by the happenings around me. And yet, despite the lack of scares, I still feel like Dead Space is one of the best horror titles I've played in ages. The mechanics are so solid, and the atmosphere is so great, that I found myself overlooking its flaws. The above is from: http://www.earth-2.net/reviews/v/dead-space
  12. Delusional teenagers are tricked into helping an insane video game producer ("Sentries of the Last Cosmos"). Terry tries to give a wayward buddy a second chance ("Big Time"). Someone is using a high-tech bio-containment suit to wreak havoc ("Untouchable"). Bruce searches for Terry deep in the Gotham subways ("Where's Terry?"). And then Ace gets a bit of revenge on his former tormentor ("Ace in the Hole"). [ 1:28:40 || 4037 MB ] The above is from: http://www.worldsfinestpodcast.com/episodes/wfp_046.mp3
  13. First Des and Mike look back at the best comics of 2008, then they review Black Lightning: Year One #1, Haunted Tank #2, No Hero #3, Shrapnel: Aristeia Rising #1 and Spider-Man: Fear Itself. [ 1:13:23 || 34.0 MB ] The above is from: http://www.earth-2.net/theshow/episodes/e2ts_297.mp3

  18. I have a lot of admiration for people who make fan films. It takes a special group of people with dedication and a real love for a property to complete any project. With Star Trek: Phase II, however, James Cawley makes everyone else look like slackers. The above is from: http://www.earth-2.net/reviews/m/star-trek-phase-II
