In a bid to catch up on film reviews, we're dealing with the screeners that built up during the latter half of Apocalyptic August. There is a slew of diverse films being covered this week. First up, Duane and Desmond review the Belgian feral child film, Cub. Then Rich the Monster Movie Kid reviews The Serpent and the Rainbow in tribute to the late Wes Craven. Then Desmond sits down for a marathon review of seven films that he has recently seen: The Treatment, Call Girl of Cthulhu, The Summer House, Extraterrestrial, Lost After Dark, K-11, and Rock N' Roll Frankenstein. There's also a particularly diverse selection of songs this week: "Blood of a Young Wolf" by Buck 65, "Intro & Credits" by Steve Moore, "Voodoo Medicine Man" by Aerosmith, "Vices" by Slayer, and " Lovecraft in Brooklyn" by The Mountain Goats.
