Animation can free the imagination and give full, colorful voice to worlds full of wonder and inspiration. We discuss this with Rankin-Bass' 1977 (under 90-minute) adaptation of The Hobbit! After that, we can remember what it's like to wonder what it'll be like to have sex someday, along with 1981's Heavy Metal!
