RSS
Former Marvel Editor-in-Chief Bob Harras now has the same title at DC Comics, and the company has closed the door on the Wildstorm Universe. Des and Mike speculate as to what these changes will mean for DC, then they discuss some of their favorite Wildstorm comics books. MatthewMG
Bob Harras didn't oversee the Clone Saga. It started in 1994 when he was still editor of the X-books. Harras didn't become EIC until 1996. In fact, if my old copies of Wizard are correct he was the one who announced that Peter Parker would be returning as Spider-Man. If anything he was the guy who ended the Clone Saga.
Missy
You seem to be right. After a quick Google search, it seems he only came on at the end. I honestly thought he wrote and edited that massive crossover.
MatthewMG
Maybe you're mixing him up with Tom DeFalco? According to ex Spider-editor Glenn Greenburg's comments in "The Life of Reily" Defalco was both Eitor In Cheif and a writer on the Spider-books at the beginning of the saga. He was the one who came up with the idea of MJ's pregnancy.
Missy
Yeah, I might be. I'll try to make a correction in the next episode.
SuaveStar
I was disappointed you didn't do a connection bit, when Mike mentioned the shitty delays of HC to TPB and how that was the department Bob Harras worked at for DC, along with Wildstorm.
