The Cap is probably faster, stronger, more agile, e.t.c. He isn't a slouch in the fighting department (even though Batman is better) And his sheild can stop anything Batman throws at him. As Yoda said, it's an extension of his arm. Even Batman said there was a good chance that Captain America could beat him.

But DD being blind, could know a whole lot more than Batman, all senses in tact.

I'm pretty sure Daredevil could give him a run for his money.

I'd give it to the Cap. He is at the peak of Human speed, agility, stamina e.t.c. and has the shield.
