JackFetch
Just found a cell phone at work and was trying to find out who it belongs to. How deep would it be ok to look at to find out? Should I look at messages? Should I call someone in the address book? Should I just go through his pictures hoping he took pictures of himself which would help me identify him? I ended up finding out who it was, and the pictures thing would have been the easiest way since I know him, but I don't want to come across anything private. Aaron Robinson
Personally I'd look through the address book just to check if they had a "home" number stored there. Otherwise, unless the battery was running out or something, I'd leave it until he/she decided to ring the number.
Missy
Whenever I find a phone, I first look for a "home" entry. Failing that, "mom" always works.

S-T
Or, if the place you found it has a "lost & found", turn it in there.
Guest GL_Nerd1337
I always look for "Home" or family members in the phone first. If that fails look at texts. See if the person mentioned a name in any texts. If that fails look at the pictures and see if you recognize anyone. If that fails just play games and download crap on it cause they could obviously afford to loose it so why not
