RSS
Brace yourselves! It's the first episode of Dread Media produced on the brand new computer you, the listeners, helped to buy! So, naturally (and so completely randomly and unintentionally we don't even mention it in the audio of the show itself) we chose a film to kick off the show that tells you not to trust technology. Duane and Desmond review a modern apocalyptic masterpiece, The Signal. Then, Desmond goes solo on two reviews of DVDs from eOne Entertainment: Bullet to the Head and 13 Eerie. And even though he's far from nowhere, in an episode where he makes two appearances, Duane gives us a Stay Scary of the South Korean action revenge flick The Man from Nowhere. There's a ton of rocking tunes, too: "This World Can't Tear Us Apart" by Trivium, "The Day Everything Became Nothing" by Nomeansno, "Bullet in the Head" by Rage Against the Machine, "From Out of Nowhere" by Faith No More, and "I Love My Computer" by Bad Religion. If you can, please help us pay off the rest of the computer by visiting www.dreadmedia.com and donating! Missy
I finally got a chance to see Bullet to the Head, and, for the most part I enjoyed it. Thanks for the review, Des.
Dread
Thanks! A fun little stupid movie. Won't change your life, but it's pretty good.
