The only Bradbury I've read is Fahrenheit 451, so I'll have to check those out.
  2. Davies has said that the regeneration line was never supposed to be taken seriously.

  4. I think the original is rather mediocre, but I'll Netflix this at the very least.

    Episode 165

Excellent episode. The interview with Stanley Wiater was a great and interesting one. I checked out the interview clips on Youtube and it looks like I'll be Netflixing the Dark Dreamers DVDs in the future. I agree with your sentiment about the interview showing a different side to Wes Craven and Clive Barker is always interesting to listen to. Still need to watch the full Ellison interview. I've heard of Something Wicked This Way Comes, but never seen it. Looks like another one to add to the Netflix que.
  8. The documentary has been delayed until November 22 for retailers, but you can order a copy here.

  16. Faust (1926) - An epic silent film, probably second in its scale only to Fritz Lang's Metropolis. Halloween (2007) - Terrible movie. The backstory for Michael Myers and gratuitous violence miss the point of what made the original a classic. After the backstory portion, the film moves into an essentially shot for shot remake with more blood and breasts. Most of the performances, especially Scout Taylor-Compton's, were good, but they don't save the film. While I think it's bad, I don't hate it and get angry about it. On the other hand... Halloween II (2009) -
